Alber Fernández

President

Alber Fernandez is the founder and CEO of Normmal, a unique communication agency where creativity and media strategies are worked and delivered in a joint manner to clients such as Rituals, Kawasaki, FC Barcelona, Roche Bobois, Turismo de El Salvador and many more in up to 70 countries since 2014.

He is the chairman of a Latin American independent agencies network with offices in Miami, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile and Perú.

He previously was a top executive at world-leading media holding groups Dentsu, WPP and Havas, managing global campaigns for Vodafone, Seat, Indesit, Vueling and many others.
Alber is a well-known eco-conscious activist. He founded his first ecologic company in 2008, he has been contributing for different projects and initiatives for the last 20 years, and he thrives to make sure Normmal becomes a fully-sustainable communications agency.

He has been jury for the first edition of the Luum Awards (Social, Environmental and Animal Care Communications Awards) and he is a permanent Jury for the Félix Rodríguez de la Fuente Awards.

Alber is married to Yasmin with three children and they are living in the beautiful British countryside.

Paola Zingman

Treasurer

Paola has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communication, she has worked on strategy and digital transformation for major brands.

An Argentinian living in Brazil since 2004; Paola has worked for almost 10 years in the Havas group and, in 2014 founded Arabella communication agency, now CEO of the agency, she works for clients such as: Grupo Novartis - Sandoz, Laboratório Merck, Libresse by Essity, Nikon, Nickelodeon, Sky Airline, Ministry of Tourism of Uruguay, Astrazeneca and Roche pharmaceutical, among others.

With the aim of contributing to the development of the marketing market, Paola participates in initiatives such as:

  • In-company training for companies such as Mercedes Benz, Accord hotels, Nestle, Merck, Novartis among others.
  • Course leader "Digital Marketing" Latam and Brazil, for Columbia University School by Emeritus Institute of Management.
  • Course leader "Certificate of Professional in Digital Marketing" Latam, for Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University by Emeritus Institute of Management.
  • Advisor – Powpay, Edtech financial education app for children and adolescents.

José Escobar is the Regional Digital MKT Manager - Claro CETAM.

He has 9 years of experience in the digital world and has greatstrategizing skills. He has worked providing support to digital planners, reporting, data analysis and leading digital projects.

Susy Rivera

Coordinator

Her mission is to serve as a bridge of contact between entities interested in becoming part of this network of professionals and to support the growth of the Latin American chapter of the IAA.

She holds a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications specializing in Management from the Mónica Herrera School of Communication. Additionally, she has undertaken ongoing studies in Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Massachusetts.

She is a young professional with experience in roles related to strategy, marketing, and communication with companies and NGOs at an international level.

Otto's father and CEO of Come Together Group. Argentinian, from Mendoza, Boca Juniors’ Fan.

Alex has been an advertising entrepreneur for 13 years. Founding his own media outlet, developing events, and creating different business units within Come Together Group, a company from which Argentine creativity is exported to the whole world.

As a good publicist, he is fond of music and photography

His mission is to contribute to the growth of the IAA Latin American community by connecting colleagues from different countries, fostering the spirit of good business and healthy competition.

Martin Noe

VP Strategic Alliances

Country Manager for Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay at Admetricks, a leading digital advertising monitoring company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations with a Postgraduate degree in Economic Development and Environmental Management.

He participated in the launch and held executive positions at companies such as Skytel and Telecom in the Marketing and Sales department. He was also involved in the regional launch of Telefónica's Terra portal, where he held various positions in Argentina and the Latin American region. He was responsible for major regional advertising agreements with companies such as Unilever, J&J, Adidas, Sony, among others. He has been a speaker at major advertising events in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Spain, and the USA and a contributor to the digital advertising industry award entries, such as FIAP. In 2008, he co-created successful digital products like the fiction series DIRGIME, recognized in several advertising competitions and nominated for a Cannes 2009 EMMY Digital award.

He also worked as a consultant for Grupo Prisa, Nokia, IMS/Twitter, and many other companies, advising on their entry into Latin America and establishing initial operational steps. In 2015, he founded the creative advertising marketplace for SMEs called YesWeAd. In 2016, he took on the role of Director of Digital Transformation at Havas for the Telefónica Group, and later led various loyalty projects within the WPP agency Geometry.

Marcelo is a global communications strategist. He has been building the world as we know it for the last 25 years. He has supported large corporations and official institutions such as Viacom and Warner Media to develop their digital and technological strategies around the world in communication and marketing tactics. He has extensive experience training high-level officials and executives in the Americas and the Middle East. And he is a world-class advisor for sensitive public image/fingerprint and reputation management, including private corporations and governments.

David Lage

David has a strategic profile with cross-functional and international experience in strategic planning, digital, marketing, business development and media. He has more than 20 years of experience in the communication market and media planning, working for agencies such as McCann, Ogilvy, Havas, or Mediacom.

He has extensive training and experience in the new digital environment, both from the technical and strategic aspects, and has taught for various business schools and digital masters on social media, programmatic advertising, media planning and mobile marketing.

He has worked hand in hand with clients of all types and sizes, understands the needs of media, communication, and creative agencies in a transversal way, and he has an open and restless mind.

He is passionate about advertising, creativity, and brands. He loves to add value to companies, to be divergent in his thinking, but always with consistency and result orientation.
